Our Guarantee

All products delivered have passed a comprehensive quality assurance process. Therefore we can guarantee for the highest quality of all our products.

In the unlikely event that one of the products delivered by us contains a flaw or a damage we ask you to send the product back to us accompanied by any prove that the product was bought at Blumat Polska (preferably the invoice but evidence which is provided otherwise is also accepted. If you allow us to store your data - if you have an account with us - the delivery address which we once had sent the product to is sufficient.)

In case that we can confirm the flaw or the damage we will send to you without any charge a new product of the same type or, if not available any more, a similar product in exchange. The delivery costs for your shipment will reimbursed.

The guarantee given above is valid for two years and is limited to flaws which we are liable for: all kinds of production mistakes or damages occurred during shipment from us to you.
