Blumat Polska is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to administer your account. We are committed to keeping your confidential information exactly that - confidential.

    1. What information do we collect?
    When you register with Blumat.pl we will collect your e-mail address. When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. This enables us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you in the event of any queries.

    We also request your telephone number, which allows us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order and allow couriers to contact you if problems arise with delivery. We will communicate with you by e-mail, telephone or letter.
    2. How do we use the information?
    At Blumat Polska the information we collect about you is only to process your orders. We will not sell, rent, share, trade or give away without your permission any information we hold about you.

    If you have choosen to make electronic payment we have to forward your data electronically to our payment gateway (dotpay.pl).

    For the purpose of delivering the ordered goods to you we will forward your address to contractors which we have employed for delivering (Poczta Polska or another parcel or courier service).

    In case of undischarged orders we reserve the right to forward your data to encashment services.
    3. Your rights
    You have a right to ask for a copy of the information we hold on you and to have any inaccuracies corrected.
    4. Your consent
    By using our website, you consent to the collection, processing and use of this information by Blumat Polska.
    5. Changes
    Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.
    6. Cookies
    We do use 'cookies' which are small pieces of information that are stored on your computer's hard drive by your browser. These allow Blumat.pl to recognise you and to provide features to make your use of the website easier. Most browsers allow the cookie function to be turned off.
